Tristram European operates the Volkswagen & SKODA Dealership on the North Shore of Auckland. The dealership is extremely successful within NZ and we are always looking for new avenues to lift our "Customer Experience", therefore, we have created a new role as a Parts & Service Advisor.
In order to be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate a strong Parts or Service background in the NZ vehicle industry. You will need to demonstrate proven experience in a position of one of these roles or a similar a position within a vehicle dealership.
In addition the successful candidates will posses the following competencies:
You will be located in the Service Front of House Team and will handle a small amount of your own customers servicing with us each day.

The role will lead the front line team ensuring that all aspects and customer expectations of the service customer experience are exceeded. You will work closely with the Workshop Foreman and Grooming team and you will be expected to lead by example working closely with your front line Service Advisor team. There will be an expectation that you will assist customers with questions and concerns also meaning that your follow through will be perfect. You will dedicate time to identify training requirements as well as process and system enhancement and be able to deliver this with the help and guidance of the Management Team.
