Clever details
Ticket holder
The smallest things are always the easiest to lose. Car park tickets for example. Luckily Škoda has the straightforward, practical, value for money solution. A Simply Clever ticket holder that clips neatly to the side of the windscreen within easy reach of the driver. Your tickets will remain safe and sound, in an obvious place, so you can reach for them when needed. They are also highly visible to anyone inspecting your ticket from outside the car.
Ice-scraper
A great “Simply Clever” detail, handy when the first frost descends. Now you don’t have to ransack your car in search of a scraper or resort to your credit card. The ice-scraper located in the fuel filler flap will be ready and waiting whenever you need it.
Windscreen washer funnel
When trying to top up the screenwash, half the liquid seems to go elsewhere, dripping through the engine compartment and onto the ground. To prevent this common problem, the windscreen washer tank in the new Škoda Kamiq Monte Carlo comes with an innovative lid, which quickly and ingeniously turns into a funnel enabling convenient and efficient refilling with screenwash.
Umbrella in door
The Škoda Kamiq Monte Carlo has an umbrella compartment in the drivers front door, allowing for the storage of umbrellas in case you get caught in the rain. The compartment is water-resistant so wet umbrellas can be stored here. The water from the umbrellas is drained outside the car.
Boot
Boot nets (optional)
Optional boot nets are designed to secure transported items and prevent them from sliding around when the vehicle is on the move. The elastic material has undergone strength tests and is designed to hold items weighing up to 1.5 kg. The nets are fitted by hooking them onto the lashing eyes in the luggage compartment.
Hooks in the boot
The great variability and use of the Kamiq Monte Carlo’s boot also benefits from two sturdy hooks on the sides. They are designed to hang items or baggage which would otherwise be unstable or would not fit on the boot floor.
Adjustable false boot floor (optional)
The optional adjustable false boot floor allows you to divide the boot into two different positions. Simply pull out the loading floor to bring it into the lower position. This optional system delivers convenient storage space.
Cargo fasteners
Items can be secured in the boot using cargo fasteners. Just slide your boxes and shopping bags, for example, between the fasteners and they will no longer slide around. The cargo fasteners can be folded away and stored under the boot.
Storage
Jumbo box
The jumbo box is a practical storage compartment located in the adjustable armrest between the front seats, and is easily accessible by the driver and the co-driver.
Glasses compartment
A glasses compartment above the rear-view mirror can be used to store your sunglasses or reading glasses. They are protected from damage in their own dedicated pocket and you have the peace of mind that they will always at your fingertips.
1.5-litre bottle holder in front door
One of many ingenious bottle holders is conveniently located in the front doors and includes storage for a 1.5 litre bottle.
1.5-litre bottle holder in rear door
As well as the large space to store a water bottle in the front doors, there’s further capacity in the rear doors too, perfectly designed to hold a 1.5 litre bottle securely while not in use.

- 2 The official fuel consumption, emissions, and EV range figures determined by the WLTP test should be used as a guide only, or for vehicle to vehicle comparison. Actual results may vary due to factors such as driving or environmental conditions. For further information, please visit https://www.skoda.co.nz/owners/wltp
The Worldwide Harmonized Light-Duty Vehicle Test Procedure (WLTP) is designed to provide a standardised measurement and enables the consumer to make reliable comparisons between vehicles in terms of energy (fuel and/or electricity) consumption, emissions, and electric vehicle range. However, it should be noted that the results of this test may not accurately reflect the actual fuel consumption, emissions, or range that a driver might experience in the real world. Actual results may vary depending on various factors such as driving style, road conditions, temperature, weather, vehicle load, and maintenance. Therefore, the WLTP results should be considered as an indicator of the vehicle's performance and not as a guarantee of the actual energy consumption, emissions, or range that a driver will experience in real-world driving conditions, or for making a vehicle-to-vehicle comparison. All WLTP test values are provided in accordance with New Zealand Land transport Rule: Vehicle Efficiency and Emissions Data 2022.
